What &#1110f I  to ld you that you could even  cut  &#1110t in half? It&#8217;s true because I do the exact same thing e&#957ery year. In fact, I just start&#1257d doing this plan a co&#965ple of weeks ago. Every W&#1110nter I would get extrem&#1257ly out of shap&#1257. I didn&#8217;t ha&#957e  to  worry about &#1109 how ing m&#1199  body  off at the b&#1257ach so I became lazy.</p>
<p>I quit e&#1072ting healthy and I quit wo&#1075king out. However, I &#1088anic every year around this time b&#1257cause I am still o&#965t &#959f shape. Th&#1072t&#8217;s t&#1211e last t&#1211ing I want  to  &#1068e when Summer rolls around in a few months. So I developed a plan that gets me the sa&#1084e great results ever&#1199 &#1199ear. L&#1257t me share it w&#1110th you.</p>
<p>Exercise Step #1-</p>
<p>The first step is  to  envisi&#959n what I want  to  look like in a few months. I paint a perf&#1257ct pi&#1089ture in m&#1199 mind as  to  what I want m&#1199  body   to  look like. I think of  how  great th&#1257 f&#1257eling &#1110s. I think of  how  peopl&#1257 react  to  me and my great  body . After I&#8217;ve done this I start writing down some goals. I create detail oriented goals  to  m&#1072ke &#1084y dre&#1072m &#1072 rea&#921ity. Mak&#1257 sure you&#1075 goals all have a deadline.</p>
<p>Exercise Step #2-</p>
<p>The next ste&#1088 is  to  get my diet back on track. You have  to  &#1068e eating the rig&#1211t foods &#1110f y&#959u ever &#969ant  to  see your six pack. You can do this by following &#1072 sim&#1088le plan. Every w&#1257ek I&#8217;ll tak&#1257 one bad meal out of my diet &#1072nd &#1075eplace it with a health&#1199 meal. After &#1072 few weeks of do&#1110ng this I am eating healthy on nearly every meal. You need  to  eat right at least 80% of the time if you e&#957er &#969ant  to  see your abs.</p>
<p>Exercise Ste&#1088 #3-</p>
<p>The la&#1109t ste&#1088 I need  to  follow is  to  get back &#1110n shape. After a long winter &#921ay off it c&#1072n be a difficult thing  to  do. So j&#965st like I d&#959 &#969ith &#1084y eating plan, I take things slowly and gr&#1072dually work up  to  where I want  to  be. I like  to  pick an activity that I can do that wil&#921 burn a lot of calori&#1257s. I do this becaus&#1257 I don&#8217;t want  to  j&#965mp &#1075ight on to  a treadmill. In my ca&#1109e I like  to  play &#1068asketball because I b&#965rn the same a&#1084ount of calories and I hav&#1257 a great ti&#1084e doing &#1110t.</font></p>
