Second, when you decide on a program to help you lose fat walking you will have to make an adjustment to it. They will probably talk about different types of exercise, but instead of following their guidelines you want to walk and not just a slow walk, but a faster paced walk, for at least 30 minutes each day. This might be too much at first, but walk as long as you can each day until you reach 30 minutes.
Last, you will need to take a water bottle with you, especially in the hotter weather to help support your body. The rule of thumb is to drink water before you feel thirsty to avoid dehydration. You want to be drinking about 2 gallons of water each day to keep your hydration up and to help flush out the things your body does not need.
