Cut Fat Fast – 5 Tips to Lose Weight Fast

First off lets see some statistics of how overweight the world is becoming.

Over 60% of people in the US are overweight. Over 48% of people in Europe are overweight. Obesity is responsible for over 325,000 deaths EACH YEAR! 300 million people worldwide are obese.

Wow! If that is not scary I don’t know what is. If only more people knew how to cut fat fast we would be in good shape. That is why I am righting this article. I want more people to know how to cut fat fast so we can get rid of the worry of death because of being fat.

There are some tips you can use to cut fat fast some are a little harder to do and some are as easy as drinking something.

Tip #1

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Your liver is the organ which burns the fat and your kidneys remove toxins from the water you drink. Well, if you don’t drink enough water your kidneys will not be able to do their jobs and will then make your liver do their job. If your liver is having to do the kidney’s job then it can’t burn as much fat as it could if the kidneys were working. So the #1 rule to cut fat fast is to drink a lot of water.

Tip #2

This tip is almost as important as tip #1. In order to cut fat fast you need to exercise. Exercise gets your metabolism going which burns the fat.

I would suggest exercising about 30min a day. If you do not have time to exercise 30 min straight then do 3 sets of 10min. Maybe 10min right after you wake up, 10 at lunch, and 10 in the evening. Also studies have shown that breaking up your workout into intervals can help to cut fat fast. How is this? Well, exercise helps to burn fat in many different ways. Doing interval workouts keeps your metabolism going which means more fat burned.

Tip #3

Do not skip breakfast! This is one of the most important meals of the day. Even if you eat a doughnut it will be better then nothing. Eating breakfast gets your metabolism going in the morning so you will be burning fat earlier then if you were to just wait to eat till lunch.

Tip #4

Eat about 4 small meals a day. You want to space them as evenly as possible (ex. eat at !0am, noon, 2pm, 4-6pm). If you feel hungry later that night then eat a fruit. what you are doing when you eat 4 small meals a day is keeping your metabolism working the same speed all day instead of working hard after one meal then slowing down till you eat again, and again a fast working metabolism means you will cut fat fast.
