We read lots of things in ‘Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle’ reviews these days. But the first thing I liked about this program was its unique title. It’s a manual with over 300 pages. It received positive reviews from critics as it effectively explained how muscle strength can offset body fat. It also described why it is a better idea to cut body fat than simply loosing weight.

So there you go. The manual tells you how to achieve two goals simultaneously – loosing/burning your body fat, while feeding up your muscles.
